AND THEN THE STREET WORK AND THE LOTS WERE APPROVED BY OUR ENGINEERING POLICE AND FIRE DEPARTMENTS. MOST OF THESE LOTS WILL RANGE IN SIZE FROM 7500FT² TO 8125FT². THERE ARE A FEW LOTS ON THE CUL DE SACS THAT YOU CAN KIND OF SEE WHERE THOSE ARE AT, THAT THEY ARE A LITTLE BIT LARGER. SO WE'RE REALLY TRYING TO DO A BETTER JOB OF MAKING SURE THAT OUR CODE ENFORCEMENT STAFF AND BUILDING INSPECTION STAFF ARE CONNECTING WITH THE DEVELOPER REGARDING SITE CLEANUP. AND THE DEVELOPER IS ALSO COMMITTED TO PICKING UP TRASH MORE OFTEN AS FAR AS INSTEAD OF THEIR DUMPSTER. I THINK CURRENTLY IT'S A COUPLE TIMES A WEEK, SO HE WANTS TO BE ABLE TO IMPROVE THAT. BUT HAVING TRASH PICKED UP MORE OFTEN ON SITE ALSO CLEANING STREETS THAT THEY DO NOW, [00:40:07] BUT CLEANING THOSE MORE OFTEN AS WELL. THERE WERE ALSO SOME QUESTIONS REGARDING A TREE LINE OF PINE TREES ON AN ADJACENT NEIGHBORING PROPERTY THAT ABUTS THE EASTERN SIDE OF THIS DEVELOPMENT. AND THE OWNERS JUST WANT THE DEVELOPER DEVELOPER TO BE CONSCIOUS THAT THESE TREES HAVE ROOTS AND EXPAND BEYOND THE PARCEL'S BORDERS. RIGHT. SO AND I THINK THE DEVELOPMENT DID TAKE THAT OR THE DEVELOPER DID TAKE THAT TO HEART. HE, I TALKED SPOKE WITH HIM LAST WEEK AND HE WAS MEETING WITH THOSE PROPERTY OWNERS ON FRIDAY. JUST TO TALK ABOUT SITE DEVELOPMENT FOR THAT SECTION. AND AS THEY PREP THE LAND FOR THOSE NEW HOMES. SO I APPRECIATE HIS COMMITMENT TO WORK WITH THOSE NEIGHBORS. REGARDING THE COMMENTS THAT THE PLANNING BOARD THERE WERE A COUPLE OF COMMENTS THAT WERE OPPOSED TO THIS. SO REGARDING THAT BUT WE ALSO HAD A PHONE OR AN EMAIL JUST REGARDING SITE CONSTRUCTION AND THE CONSTRUCTION HOURS AND WORKING HOURS ON THAT SITE. THIS RESULTS IN INCREASED COST TO THE COURT, THE TAXPAYERS. AND IT'S JUST IT'S INEFFICIENT AND IT'S IT'S NOT WORKING. SO ONE OF THE PROGRAMS WE'VE INSTITUTED IS THE ASSISTANT OUTPATIENT TREATMENT PROGRAM, AND I'LL GIVE YOU MORE DETAILS ON THAT LATER, BUT IT HAS PROVEN POSITIVE RESULTS AND I REALLY THINK IT CAN DO GREAT THINGS FOR GREEK COUNTY. AND IT'S USUALLY INPATIENT AT FIRST AND THEN OUTPATIENT. SO AS A PROBATE COURT MAGISTRATE, I'VE SEEN FIRSTHAND WHERE UNTREATED MENTAL ILLNESS CAN AFFECT SCHOOLS, INDIVIDUALS, FAMILIES, NEIGHBORHOODS. I'VE WATCHED THE SAME PEOPLE CYCLE IN AND OUT OF JAIL. POLICE INTERACTIONS AND OUR COURTROOMS. SO TO ADDRESS THIS, WE LOOKED AT WHAT IT WAS DOING TO OUR CITY AND OUR COUNTY. AND SO AT EVERY ONE OF THESE INCIDENTS COMES AT A COST, RIGHT? SO IT'S EMOTIONALLY FOR FAMILIES AND IT'S FINANCIALLY FOR THE TAXPAYERS. WHY DOES IT KEEP HAPPENING? WHY WHY DO WE KEEP HAVING THIS ISSUE AND FAILURE IN THE SYSTEM WHERE THESE PEOPLE COME BACK OVER AND OVER AND OVER AGAIN, AND IT'S BECAUSE THEY'RE NOT COMPLYING WITH FOLLOW UP TREATMENT. AND SO IN PLAIN TERMS, IT HELPS THE PERSON WITH A SEVERE MENTAL ILLNESS GET THE TREATMENT THEY NEED WITH COURT SUPPORT. AND IT'S NOT JUST COURT SUPPORT. IT'S A WHOLE COMMUNITY AND COLLABORATIVE EFFORT. YOU HAVE THE INHERITS THE RECOVERY HEALTH BOARD. BUT IN MONTGOMERY COUNTY, IT'S THE BOARD REPRESENTATIVE. IT SEEMS TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE, BUT THE RESULTS KEEP SHOWING THAT IT'S IT'S BENEFICIAL. SO IN SUMMIT COUNTY, OHIO THEY STARTED THE PROGRAM HERE WITH THEIR AOT, AND IT CUT TAXPAYER COSTS FROM $35,000 PER PERSON APPROXIMATELY TO 17,500. THAT'S A 50% REDUCTION.
